Food Allergen Asia Conference 2027 is a fully in-person event co-located with the China International Food Safety & Quality (CIFSQ) Conference.

here is no option for virtual attendance.

HOW TO REGISTER
Complete and submit the online registration form.
After submitting, an acknowledgement/payment page will appear.
Pay your registration fee on that page using PayPal, debit card, or credit card.
If you choose to pay by bank/wire transfer, check your email (including your junk/spam folder) for the invoice and payment instructions.
Please follow the on-screen prompts after submitting the form. If you make a mistake during registration, contact us to reset your form. Once submitted, you will not be able to register again using the same email address unless the form is reset by our team.

*Your registration is confirmed and valid only after full payment is received and processed by the FAA Conference Secretariat. Only cash or credit card are accepted on-site, no cheques.

Payment Methods

Please indicate your preferred payment method and currency for the registration fee. If you choose Bank Transfer, check your email for instructions. For PayPal or Credit Card, simply follow the pop-up prompts.

An invoice with bank details will be provided.

Note: Your registration includes 10% Japanese consumption tax. Your registration is confirmed and valid only after full payment is received and processed by the FAA Conference Secretariat. Only cash or credit card are accepted on-site, no cheques.

Terms & Conditions

  • The registration fee does not include accommodation, travel or incidental costs.
  • The FAA Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel or change the content, timing and speakers of the program without notice.
  • In the event of natural or man-made causes that are beyond our control, the FAA Conference Secretariat reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event or change venue without incurring liability to attendees.
  • The information you provided in your registration form may be used to contact you about any future food related events and/or may be shared with event sponsors unless you explicitly request otherwise.
  • Attendees agree to allow your photo or video to be taken on-site by the official photographer and to be used for any legitimate promotional purpose by the FAA Conference Secretariat.
  • All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Any form of abusive behavior will result in ejection from the Conference without refund.
  • By registering to attend the FAA Conference, all attendees agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions. It is the attendee's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. Attendees hereby also indemnify FAA Conference Secretariat and agents against and holds it harmless from all or any loss or damage, injury, actions, proceedings or claims arising from any act or omission of the attendee during the course of the FAA Conference.

Cancellations

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. Where written cancellation is received on or before September 30, 2027, attendees will receive a refund of the amount paid less 50% administration costs. There will be no refund for cancellation received from October 1, 2027 onwards. Substitutions may be made at any time at no extra charge, subject to requests being received in writing and approved by the FAA Conference Secretariat.

China Visa

Attendees are responsible for checking the visa requirements for travel to China. To check whether you require a visa, please visit: https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/

Hotel Accommodation

Attendees are eligible for discounted room rates at the JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central. Your booking link and instructions for reserving at the special conference rate will be provided in your registration confirmation notice.

Conference Language

The official language of the conference are English and Chinese, with simultaneous interpretation provided.

We will use your registration data to contact you for future events. By registering, you are consenting to provide your personable identifiable information to the Sponsors of this event. Other information recorded on our server logs from your browser includes your IP address, Internet connection speed, Internet connection duration, and media player information.
