Dr Masahiro SHOJI

Dr. Masahiro Shoji dedicated 40 years to research at Morinaga Group, a major food company in Japan. He was involved in the food allergy issue as it grew into a significant food industry problem. His work addressed the critical issue of food allergen analysis for processed foods and notably established the official Japanese method for food allergen analysis. As an expert in this field, he engaged in the development of Japanese food allergen labeling regulations and contributes to international food allergy awareness initiatives. Currently, Dr. Shoji is a consultant at Bio-Innova Co., Ltd., a leading CRO in Thailand. He engages in innovative business development within the medical field.
