Speaker Biography

With over 25 years of industry experience, Jasmine is a distinguished leader in food safety. Currently the Director - Food Science Centre at Mérieux NutriSciences AQ, she began her career in clinical pathology before transitioning to the food sector in 1998. Her extensive background includes pivotal roles at Lactalis and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, where she specialized in laboratory, food safety & quality management.

Jasmine is a globally recognized expert in food allergen management and risk assessment. Since 2018, she has served as a director of the Allergen Bureau. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between analytical science and practical production solutions, including risk mitigation and crisis management.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Jasmine helps shape global guidelines for allergen management, risk assessment and analysis through committee positions with FSANZ, NATA & AOAC. She was an expert in the most recent FAO/WHO Expert Consultations on Risk Assessment of Food Allergens in 2025.
