Speaker Biography

Sirinrat Srikulnath is a scientist specializing in food allergen regulation and research. She works at the Food Quality Assurance Service Center, Institute of Food Research and Product Development, Kasetsart University, Thailand, where she leads allergen detection laboratories accredited under ISO/IEC 17025. She participates in the Special Research Incubator Unit on Allergen Research for Food Safety and Precision Diagnosis of Allergic Diseases.

Sirinrat is a member of the Ad hoc Joint FAO/WHO Expert Consultation on Risk Assessment of Food Allergens and serves on the Food Allergen Expert Subcommittee under the National Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food Standards. Through these roles, she supports the alignment of food allergen labeling standards and management frameworks within the food sector.
